As a client, you agree to:
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. GNxLabs retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks used in the development process.
Payment terms, including amounts and schedules, will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in work suspension and additional fees.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by GNxLabs.
GNxLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
Project timelines may be affected by client delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Significant changes to project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
